The Weather Outside is Frightful

But the fire is so delightful and since we’ve no place to go… Oops!  Sorry I couldn’t help myself!  I LOVE THE SNOW!!!  It’s so much fun.  Granted it’s cold and wet but what’s  a few minutes of chill when having tons of fun with your little ones?

I have to say this is one of my best lazy days in forever! : )  We started out the morning watching movies and playing some games while enjoying breakfast.  Then decided to go out and have some fun in the snow!  The girls loved it!  They were so excited to be outside they didn’t even mind how chilly it was.

Miss A was teaching our Fashionista how to make her very first Snowman!  They tried their best but the wind was a bit much for them and they decided to wait and try again later.  My Rockstar was with her daddy bundling herself up nice and warm.  She planned on staying outside as much and as long as she could!  They had snow ball fights and racing down the street (since no cars could get through)  This was a blessing not to worry about traffic (bleh)!

Finally Fashionista decided she had enough and said “Momie I cowd” and headed inside to be dry and warm.  Her little nose got all red (or like she’d say: “wed”). LOL  Soon to follow was Miss A, she was “fffffrozen” but had a blast.  I quickly dried my two chicas off and they donned on thier “kajamas” and snuggled up on the couch to watch some TV.  My Rockstar decided to tough it out and lasted an extra 20 minutes with her Daddy.  Of course Tan wasn’t all games.  He had already shoveled some of the snow just to do it again (and again) for the pups.  They didn’t mind the snow but we didn’t want our furballs to be soaked and catch a cold.

Tan was out back shoveling a path for them to potty.  But of course they decided to play with their Dad instead.  It was too cute and even cuter when I caught my three chicas watching and giggling from our kitchen.

We were so relaxed that the girls decided to get started on their Christmas Cards for their classmates today and so did Tan.  So while Rockstar did her correspondences, Miss A and Fashionista were having a blast jumping around the living room.

It was fun and a wonderful excuse to have a Lazy Saturday.

Let it Snow, Let it Snow, Let it Snow!~
